The location proved very convenient. The tube station was just across the street. Breakfast each morning offered MANY options.

The air conditioning was not working. I was told it would be off for one year! that was difficult since it was quite warm. The fan provided wasn't effective. I had to open the window because the room was too hot.

The location was great. It sits right where i needed to be. the breakfast stood out to me with a lot of choices. the staff were friendly and helpful and kept the hotel very clean. the room cleaning was also good.

the air conditioning in my room seemed a little weak though, i did expect it to be cooler.
