Cheerful Stay Near Bond Street

coffee machine socket adapter quality soap

I loved the complimentary coffee machine, I had a quick caffeine fix every morning. My room had a universal socket adapter and I didn't have to worry about my chargers. The hotel offered great shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap, I felt pampered.

I found the air conditioning did not work properly. I called about this, but nothing changed . This made sleeping a little difficult.

The staff had a great system to indicate when a guest prefers no disturbance, and I didn't have unwanted interruptions. Each room had a door ring, it made it easy to reach staff.

Breakfast had many options, it included both hot and cold selections. The dining area had tables appropriately spaced. I saw clear and efficient service.

The location is close to Bond Street station, and it made travel very simple. Lifts are available at Bond Street station, and it helped for luggage transport.

convenient location tube station breakfast options broken air conditioning ineffective fan room temperature

The location proved very convenient. The tube station was just across the street. Breakfast each morning offered MANY options.

The air conditioning was not working. I was told it would be off for one year! that was difficult since it was quite warm. The fan provided wasn't effective. I had to open the window because the room was too hot.

great location friendly staff many choices clean hotel

The location was great. It sits right where i needed to be. the breakfast stood out to me with a lot of choices. the staff were friendly and helpful and kept the hotel very clean. the room cleaning was also good.

the air conditioning in my room seemed a little weak though, i did expect it to be cooler.

the breakfast had a good mix of hot dishes plus pastries. i noticed fresh fruit was available and the breakfast area was kept very tidy. service was prompt.

The reception staff were helpful upon my arrival and departure. i found that tringa and naomi offered great customer service. They were very attentive. overall, i felt welcomed and supported.
